According to this new Circular, information has been provided regarding filling up the application form of the Gate Development Examiners for the 2012-2013 academic year in the Honours 2nd year (special) examination of 2019.

Honours 2nd Year Application Form Fill-up Process
Honours 2nd year (special) candidates have to fill online application form as per the following rules. Since this is the opportunity for students, all steps must be taken with caution.
- Students are required to login to the National University website nubd.info/honours and fill up the application form at their own risk through the registration number. All the information of the application form should be filled in with importance . When the whole process is completed, it has to be downloaded and submitted to the college within the stipulated time.
- Along with the application form, the candidate should also affix the newly taken 1 copy of passport size photo with glue in the prescribed place and submit another photo form to the concerned department. The name and registration number of the student should be mentioned on the back of the photo.
Honours 2nd Year (special) Application fee Payment Process
Students of 2012-2013 academic year under National University will have to pay the application fee for filling up the form of Honours 2nd year (special) examination in the following manner.
Students will be able to deposit application fee at any Sonali Bank branch through Sonali Seva while filling up the application form. The concerned college authorities will collect the receipt by downloading the pay slip from the National University website www.nubd.info/honours, quoting the relevant account number, entering the total amount and depositing it in the nearest Sonali Bank. For the collection of pay slip, the link of Sonali service will be active from 10 am on Monday, June 6, 2022 to 4 pm on Tuesday, June 6, 2022. Pay slip download or payment cannot be made before or after the scheduled time.
Following this procedure certain college authorities will pay the application fee of each student.

- In the 2012-2013 academic year, only those students who have been promoted by participating in the Honours Second Year Examination but are doing one or more F, will appear in the Honours 2nd Year (Special) Examination in the subjects having obtained F grade.
- There will be no opportunity for development Grade in in-course or oral examination.
- And examinations in all subjects will be held according to the effective syllabus from the academic year 2009-2010.
