Nursing Admission Circular 2022 has been published for those students who wish to be admitted in Nursing and Midwifery. Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council has started online application for three-year Midwifery Diploma and four-year BSc Nursing. Minimum eligibility for Nursing Admission
Students must have the following qualifications to apply for nursing
- The applicant must be a citizen of Bangladesh and must be at least 22 years of age
- Must have passed HSC or equivalent examination in 2022 or 2021 and must have passed SSC and equivalent examination in 2018 or 2019
Eligibility for course based application is given below
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)
- The total GPA in SSC and HSC / equivalent examinations in the science department should be 6.00 but in any of the different cases it will not be acceptable if the GPA is below 3. Both exams must have 3.00 in Biology.
Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery and Diploma in Midwifery
Students who have obtained a minimum GPA of 6.00 in SSC and HSC examinations from any department can apply. However, a test with a minimum GPA below 2.50 will not be acceptable. And only female candidates can apply for the Diploma in Midwifery course.
- Students who have passed SSC / HSC or equivalent examination in A level / O level program can apply online by converting their number to GPA.
- For admission in Bachelor of Science in Nursing Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery course, 10 per cent seats will be reserved for male candidates in government institutions and 20 per cent in non-government institutions.
Nursing and Midwifery Seat Number
Nursing and Midwifery BSc and Diploma Courses There are a total of 4960 seats for 100 institutions. These seats will be used for admission in Bachelor of Science in Engineering Diploma in Engineering Science and Midwifery and Diploma in Midwifery courses. Application fee submission System
Nursing Admission Application Fee can only be paid via SMS using Teletalk Prepaid SIM. Deposit the prescribed amount of money in Teletalk Prepaid SIM and apply by SMS in the following manner.
First SMS : BNMC <space> User ID and send to 16222
Second SMS : BNMC <space> YES <space> PIN and send to 16222
Salary fee of 600 / – for BSc Nursing course and 500 / – for Diploma-in-Engineering Science and Midwifery and Diploma in Midwifery courses. If the application fee is paid properly, you will be notified via confirmation SMS.
Nursing Admission Mark Distribution
There will be one hour for multiple choice questions of 100 marks in Nursing Admission Test. And GPA will be on top of 50 and a total of 150 admission test will be held. Students who get 40% marks in the admission test will be considered as successful.

Nursing Admission Circular 2022
